Healthcare provider portal across five brands, built for compliance and self-service
A pharmaceutical company managing five brands needed a compliant, multi-channel content platform that put healthcare providers in control. We migrated them off a legacy CMS and rebuilt the architecture around modularity and auditability.
The Business Challenge
A pharmaceutical company managing five brands needed to communicate regulated content to healthcare providers across multiple digital channels. Their legacy CMS could not support the author permission model, the multi-channel content requirements, or the QA rigor their compliance environment demanded.
Editors were bottlenecked. QA was slow. The architecture was tightly coupled in ways that made every change expensive and every release a risk.
Our Approach
We migrated them from their legacy CMS to Contentful and rebuilt the frontend and server-side architecture to reduce component interdependence. Author roles and permissions were scoped correctly across all five brands from day one. The modular component system made QA fast, traceable, and consistent across every release.
The Impact
Content editors became self-sufficient across all five brands. QA turnaround shortened. HCP self-service reached 100%. The platform held at the top HCP decile throughout the engagement.
